“An invoice should never be a surprise. Here is every line explained.”
We designed Aimi invoices to be plain. But customers still ask about specific line items, especially in the first month. Here is what you will see and what each line means.
Plan charge
Your plan line shows your plan name, the billed period (e.g. 1–31 May 2026), and the monthly rate. If you joined mid-month, this line will reflect the pro-rated amount for your first partial period. From month two, it is the full plan rate.
Add-ons
If you requested a static IP or other optional extras, they appear as separate line items. They are billed at their stated rate, pro-rated in the first month like your plan charge.
VAT
VAT at the current statutory rate is applied to the subtotal and shown separately. Our quoted plan prices are inclusive of VAT — the line is shown for transparency and for business customers who need to claim input tax.
Payment
Your due date and preferred payment method appear at the bottom. Debit orders collect on that date automatically. EFT references are pre-filled to avoid allocation errors. Contact us before the due date if you anticipate a problem.
