Are you?
Field technician
Lead residential and commercial fibre installations, diagnose faults in the field, and represent Aimi on every doorstep. You are the face of the network.
- 2+ years telecoms or structured cabling
- Valid SA driver's licence
- Customer-facing experience a plus
Network operations engineer
Monitor the core and access networks 24/7, respond to incidents with speed and precision, document topology changes, and harden capacity planning.
- CCNA or equivalent
- Experience with BGP / MPLS
- On-call rotation availability
Customer support (L2)
Be the escalation path between customers and engineers. Own complex cases, write clean internal runbooks, and turn frustrated customers into loyal advocates.
- ISP or network support background
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Empathy under pressure
Business development representative
Find and close new business and bulk residential deals. Work directly with the MD on pricing strategy, proposal writing, and community outreach campaigns.
- B2B sales experience
- Understanding of broadband market
- Self-starter with hustle
