Legal
Plain language. No jargon traps. For contractual or regulatory matters contact our team.
By using Aimi websites, apps, and network services you agree to use them lawfully and in line with our acceptable-use rules. We provide residential and business connectivity on a month-to-month basis unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Billing, installation, and cancellation terms are confirmed at sign-up and on your monthly statement. We may update these terms with reasonable notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Nothing on this marketing site constitutes a binding quote until coverage is confirmed and an order is formally accepted by Aimi.
Our home plans are for residential household use. Using a home plan to run a commercial service (web hosting, resale, or sustained server-grade traffic) is outside acceptable use. We offer business plans for those workloads.
Activity that is illegal under South African law, that harasses others, or that degrades the experience of fellow customers on shared infrastructure is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension without a refund.
We collect information you provide — name, contact details, and install address — and technical data needed to operate the service, such as network diagnostics and security logs. We use this data to deliver fibre, support you, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted processors (billing partners, field operations) under strict agreements, or where required by law.
Under POPIA you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Submit requests to privacy@aimi.co.za. We will acknowledge within 5 business days.
For account security, never share passwords or one-time codes with anyone claiming to be support unless identity is verified through official channels.
